Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Weekly checking of Payroll, Monthly Checking of remittances to SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig
  • Processing of final pay, retirement benefits and/or others as may arise.
  • Coordination with the Agency regarding Payroll, Final Pay, Exit.

B. Performance Management

  • Handles end-to-end performance management cycle and ensures the timely and accurate completion of performance appraisals (e.g., forms and templates, communications).
  • Helps in developing and updating the annual appraisal process and guidelines and managing the appraisal process across functions.

C. Talent Acquisition

  • Conducts end-to-end recruitment process; to identify high caliber talent for rank and file and supervisory positions who have both the required skills and the right attitude for the job.
  • Helps in planning, developing, and implementing creative talent acquisition strategies.
  • Builds companys talent pool database for future manpower needs.
  • Update the organizational chart based on positions closed.

D. Employee Relations

  • Manages the companys grievance process and serves as point of contact for related concerns including admin cases.
  • Assists in implementation of the Code of Conduct.

E. General Office Management

  • Ensures that the office facilities and assets are monitored and are sufficient to suit current and future staff needs to enable smooth operations in all branches.
  • Helps in implementing office safety and health and housekeeping policies.
  • Makes independent decisions on routine problems, referring serious or complicated situations to immediate superior.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any related course
  • Four or more years of demonstrated experience in the human resources field, with emphasis on employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation and payroll
  • Must show strong initiative, exercise sound judgment, and take appropriate action when necessary; must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have intermediate PC skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, general word processing etc.
  • Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
  • Must be able to communicate well both oral and written
  • Must be trustworthy, have good ethics and self-discipline
