Real Estate Planning Manager, Valenzuela

Position: Planning Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Planning Management or related field
• Background in Quantity Surveying (QS), Cost Control, and Project Scheduling
• Knowledgeable in preparation of Bidding Documents
• Strong analytical, planning, and leadership skills
• Proficient in project monitoring and reporting
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and timelines
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, QS, and site teams regarding project progress
• Handle project cost monitoring and cost control activities
• Review and prepare bidding documents, project estimates, and reports
• Ensure projects are completed within target schedule and budget
• Analyze project risks, delays, and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization
• Prepare weekly and monthly project accomplishment reports
• Assist management in project planning and strategic decision-making
