Company Nurse, Valenzuela

We are seeking a licensed nurse with a valid Safety Officer certification to oversee workplace health and safety in a construction environment. The role involves providing first aid and medical assistance, monitoring employee health, supporting occupational safety programs, and ensuring compliance with company and government health and safety regulations.

• Provide immediate first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees and workers onsite
• Monitor and document employee health conditions, injuries, illnesses, and treatments
• Maintain and update medical records, incident reports, and health documentation
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs
• Conduct regular health inspections and safety monitoring at construction sites
• Coordinate with project managers, HR, and safety personnel regarding workplace health concerns
• Ensure availability and proper maintenance of first aid kits, medicines, and medical equipment
• Facilitate pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical examinations
• Conduct health awareness seminars and toolbox meetings related to workplace safety and wellness
• Support accident investigations and prepare required reports
• Ensure compliance with local occupational safety and health regulations
• Assist during emergency situations and coordinate transport to medical facilities when necessary

• Registered Nurse with valid PRC license
• Certified Safety Officer (SO2/SO3 preferred)
• With experience in construction, industrial, or occupational health settings is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety standards
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Able to work onsite and handle emergency situations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures
• Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
