HR Specialist/Assistant, Valenzuela

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle end-to-end employee relations and labor relations (LR) cases including disciplinary actions, investigations, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code, company policies, and HR procedures
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs including payroll coordination, statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and company benefits
• Support employee grievance handling and conflict resolution processes
• Prepare and maintain accurate HR records, notices, and employee files
• Coordinate with government agencies for labor-related requirements and compliance
• Assist in HR reporting, audits, and policy implementation
• Support management in maintaining a positive employee relations climate

Education & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 23 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to Labor Relations and/or Compensation & Benefits
• Experience in retail or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws is required
