Inventory Staff (Valenzuela)

• Responsible for closely monitoring and quality check inbound, internal transfer and outbound deliveries of items
• Dispensing and retrieving of tools/materials
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions as needed
• Perform actual inventory count and monitor supplies in stock
• Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and system records
• Preparation and checking of deliveries
• Monitor facilities and maintenance works
• Encoding of documents and reporting
• Prepares daily and weekly production report.
• Other tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements

• At least vocational graduate of related course
• Experience in inventory/logistics/office work
• Computer literate (MS Office / Google Workspace)
• Professional work ethic and standards
• Flexible, self-motivated, and highly organized
• Can work independently
• Good reading comprehension
• Willing to do field work
• Know how to manage people
• Residing within or near Valenzuela City
