HR Supervisor, Valenzuela

The HR Supervisor manages daily HR operations and supports the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives. The role leads HR staff, ensures compliance with labor laws, and helps improve employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and records management
• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and maintain accurate employee documentation
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Support performance management, training, and employee development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and benefits administration
• Prepare HR reports and support workforce planning

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
• 35 years HR experience, including 12 years supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS
• Amenable to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City

Preferred

• Experience in full HR operations
• HR certifications (CHRP, SHRM, etc.)
• Experience in fast-paced or multi-site environments
