Key Account Executive, Valenzuela

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our most important B2B clients. This role focuses on strengthening long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high client satisfaction through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

• Manage and nurture relationships with key B2B clients and strategic partners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Develop account plans to retain and grow existing business
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Sales & Business Growth

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and pricing discussions
• Support new business development through referrals and account expansion

Client Engagement

• Conduct regular business reviews and performance presentations
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to deliver client requirements
• Resolve client concerns and ensure timely service delivery

Reporting & Strategy

• Track account performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates
• Prepare sales reports and client insights for management
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing multiple high-value accounts is an advantage
• Amenable to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City
