LOOCK Intelligent Device Inc. is looking for a Sales-Oriented Customer Service Representative who can handle online customer inquiries, explain smart lock products clearly, follow up with interested customers, and help convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

This is an office-based role for someone who is comfortable with both chat support and phone calls. The position requires strong communication skills, active follow-up, sales awareness, and the ability to work with clear company procedures.

• Reply to customer inquiries from Facebook, Messenger, and other online channels.
• Understand customer needs, location, door type, budget, and preferred features.
• Recommend suitable smart lock models and explain pricing, installation, warranty, and after-sales support.
• Follow up with potential customers and help move them toward confirmed orders.
• Call customers when needed to answer questions, explain products, or close sales.
• Collect complete customer details and coordinate confirmed orders with the internal team.
• Record customer information and order status properly in the company system.
• Follow company sales process, reply standards, and SOPs.

• Experience in sales, customer service, telesales, BPO, online selling, chat support, or account handling.
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino/Tagalog.
• Comfortable handling customer chats and phone calls.
• Good follow-up discipline and customer persuasion skills.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work under sales pressure.
• Willing to learn smart lock products, installation process, pricing, and company procedures.
• Experience in home improvement, hardware, appliances, real estate, construction materials, or security products is an advantage.

• Reply fast and clearly.
• Explain products confidently.
• Follow up without constant reminders.
• Handle price concerns and product comparison questions.
• Help customers choose the right product.
• Work independently after training.

PHP 27,000 PHP 33,000 monthly package

Final offer will depend on experience, communication ability, sales mindset, and probationary performance.
