Description

LOOCK Intelligent Device Inc. is looking for an experienced Field Operations & Admin Supervisor to manage daily installation operations, installer scheduling, attendance monitoring, KPI records, SOP compliance, warehouse coordination, and basic admin support.

This role is mainly focused on making sure installation orders, installers, warehouse staff, and internal procedures are properly organized, monitored, and followed. This is not mainly a recruitment position.

  • Arrange and monitor daily installation schedules.
  • Assign installation orders to suitable installers based on location, workload, availability, and urgency.
  • Monitor installer attendance, lateness, absences, no-shows, and discipline issues.
  • Track KPI records for installers and warehouse staff.
  • Check SOP compliance, including installation records, photo/video submission, customer confirmation, product release, and return records.
  • Coordinate with customer service, warehouse staff, installers, and management.
  • Monitor warehouse staff performance, including packing accuracy, stock handling, order preparation, return handling, cleanliness, and attendance.
  • Support basic employee records, attendance records, leave records, KPI records, and benefits-related documentation.
  • Assist in inventory checking for around 30 core SKUs when needed.
  • Report delayed installations, abnormal cases, missing items, customer complaints, SOP violations, and performance issues to management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in field operations, dispatching, logistics coordination, warehouse coordination, admin operations, installation service coordination, or related roles.
  • Experience managing installers, technicians, drivers, field workers, warehouse staff, or service teams is preferred.
  • Strong skills in scheduling, coordination, attendance monitoring, KPI tracking, and SOP implementation.
  • Organized, firm, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to handle urgent schedule changes, complaints, delays, and field worker issues.
  • Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, or internal management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and employee documentation is an advantage.
  • Inventory checking, SKU monitoring, or warehouse coordination experience is an advantage but not required.
