Key Responsibilities

Medical & Emergency Care

• Provide first aid treatment and emergency care to employees.
• Respond to workplace accidents, injuries, and sudden illnesses.
• Maintain clinic equipment, medicines, and medical supplies.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and drills (fire, earthquake, evacuation).

Occupational Health & Compliance

• Ensure company compliance with DOLE DO 198-18 OSH Standards.
• Maintain employee medical and incident records.
• Assist in workplace hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Support safety inspections and OSH audits.
• Participate in Safety Committee activities and meetings.

Health Monitoring & Programs

• Conduct vital signs monitoring and health assessments.
• Facilitate pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical exams.
• Monitor sick leaves, medical certificates, and fit-to-work clearances.
• Implement wellness programs and health campaigns.

Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain confidential employee medical records.
• Prepare and submit OSH and medical reports.
• Coordinate with HMO providers and partner clinics/hospitals.
• Assist HR in health-related compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license.
• With 13 years clinical or occupational health experience.
• Preferably with BOSH Training for Nurses (Basic Occupational Safety and Health).
• With training in Basic Life Support (BLS) / First Aid.
• Knowledgeable in DOLE DO 198-18 / OSH Law.
• Experience in workplace clinic operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and medical record documentation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and emergency response skills.
