Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HRAS Department and other teams
- Handle building administration, sanitation concerns, and CoDEC-related matters
- Issue NTE/NOD and assist with employee clearance processing
- Support DOLE/NLRC compliance requirements
- Conduct exit interviews and assist in employee relations
- Maintain and organize HRAS office files and records
- Perform other administrative duties to support daily HRAS operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree holder
- With 23 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude
- Amenable to work or relocate in Malinta, Valenzuela City.
