Estimator / Cutting List Engineer, Valenzuela

Description

Prepare cost estimates for aluminum, glass, window, and door works
Generate detailed cutting lists for aluminum profiles, glass panels, and accessories
Calculate material quantities, sizes, and specifications for fabrication
Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams
Ensure cutting lists are optimized to reduce material waste and cost
Prepare quotations and assist in bid submissions
Update estimates based on design revisions or site conditions
Maintain records of estimates, cutting lists, and project data
Support site teams with technical clarifications when needed
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in estimating and/or cutting list preparation for aluminum and glass works
Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, window and door fabrication, and glass specifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or relevant estimation software
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
