Description

Oversee daily operations including fabrication, assembly, delivery, and installation of aluminum and uPVC products
Plan and manage production schedules to meet project timelines and client requirements
Supervise factory staff, installers, and site teams to ensure productivity and quality workmanship
Ensure adherence to technical specifications, shop drawings, and quality standards
Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Project Management teams for smooth project execution
Manage procurement of materials such as aluminum profiles, uPVC frames, glass, and hardware
Monitor inventory levels and reduce material wastage
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of tools and equipment
Handle client concerns, site issues, and project delays effectively
Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses
