Job description:

1.0 Basic Purpose

1.1 To perform corrective and preventive maintenance of office electrical supply and plant electrical main supply.

1.2 To report maintenance related issues and identify corrections and corrective actions.

2.0 Duties and ResponsibilitiesRegular Duties

2.1 Monitors, performs corrective and preventive maintenance

2.1.1 Plant electrical supply-main supply and generator set

2.1.2 Office Electrical Supply

2.1.3 Air Compressor Units

2.2 Execution of JRFs related to office electrical supply and plant electrical main supply.

2.3 Safekeeping of tools assigned under his/her accountability.

2.4 Updates the maintenance and monitoring forms.

2.4.1 Electrical Meter Monitoring Sheet (Daily)

2.4.2 Daily Maintenance Checklist for Electrical Main Control Panel 182 (Daily)

2.4.3 Daily Air Compressor Checklist (Daily)

2.4.4 Weekly Maintenance Checklist for Electrical Main Control Panel 182 (Weeky)

2.4.5 Lighting Weekly Preventive Maintenance Checklist (Weekly)

2.4.6 Air Compressor Preventive Maintenance Checklist (Weekly)

2.4.7 Generator Set Preventive Maintenance (Monthly)

2.4.8 Exhaust Fan Preventive Maintenance Checklist (Monthly)

2.5 Ensure company policies and procedures are strictly implemented

2.6 Ensures self and co-worker's welfare & safety are top priorities by ensuring company rules and regulations are strictly implemented and followed

2.7 Ensures that products produced are safe and of good quality by ensuring good manufacturing and food safety practices are followed and monitored to ensure product quality and safety.

Occasional Duties

2.8 Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superviso
