Accounts Payable Specialist, Valenzuela

The Accounting Staff is responsible for supporting the finance department by handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.

• Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable
• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Process invoices, reimbursements, and expense reports
• Support payroll preparation and government compliance (if applicable)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist during audits and provide necessary documentation
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
