Chief Mechanic (Truck & Vehicle), Valenzuela

The Service Supervisor oversees daily service operations for vehicles, equipment, and client units. The role ensures timely and efficient repairs, proper coordination with internal teams, accurate documentation, and quality service delivery. The position also handles client inquiries, parts coordination, and supports rescue and field service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage repair, maintenance, and servicing of company vehicles, equipment, and client units
• Issue, track, and ensure accuracy of Job Orders (JO), including scope of work, labor, and materials
• Assess reported issues and coordinate with mechanics and technicians for proper resolution
• Validate parts for repair or replacement and coordinate with Purchasing for availability and requests
• Prepare material requests, purchase requisitions, and service quotations for approval and billing
• Maintain accurate records of service history, job orders, materials used, and system updates
• Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and provide timely service updates
• Coordinate with Operations for scheduling, including support for truck rescue activities
• Assist in fuel dispenser service requests, including coordination, monitoring, and documentation
• Manage petty cash transactions, reimbursements, and ensure complete supporting documents and approvals
• Ensure all completed services are properly endorsed for billing and internal documentation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year relevant experience in service supervision or similar role
• Graduate of a Bachelors degree in a related field

• MondayThursday: Onsite, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Friday: Onsite, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Saturday: Work From Home, 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
