• Work on the production assembly line
• Understanding of the mechanics of the product
• Attention to detail to build correctly and to pick up any faults
• Physically demanding job as some lifting is required
• Flexibility to work in other departments as required
• To attend training and seminar as and when required; any other jobs around the factory that may be deemed necessary
• Be aware of Health and Safety standards; along with a high understanding of Dignity and Diversity in the workplace
• Good personal hygiene and a tidy and appropriate dress sense (Uniform will be provided that you will be required to wear)
• Punctuality and reliability are very important
• Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
• Keen attention to detail, methodical work practice, organized, reliable, and motivated
• Good personal skills and physical fitness is required as this job will require some manual lifting
• This role will involve repetitive work with some machines being manually operated
• Ability to understand and work with people from a range of cultural & social backgrounds and to recognize that their values, practices, and customs may be different from your own

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate
• Must be resided in Baesa, Quezon City
• With experience as machine operator or production worker
• With TESDA Certificate if available
• With Certificate of Employment
• Punctuality and reliability are very important
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
• Experience of working within the heavy industry/construction preferred but not essential
• Must be within 45 minutes travel time going to plant/main office
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule including Sundays and holidays
