Responsibilities

The Sales and Technical Associate is responsible for both promoting and selling e-bikes and providing basic technical support.
This role combines customer engagement, digital marketing, and after-sales service to ensure excellent customer experience and dealership growth.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree or vocational training in Sales, Marketing, Automotive Technology, Electronics, or any related field
At least 12 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical support, preferably in motorcycles, e-bikes, automotive, or related industries.
Strong sales and customer engagement skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
Basic to intermediate technical knowledge of e-bikes, including motors, controllers, batteries, braking systems, and general troubleshooting.
Ability to perform minor repairs, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance checks; willingness to be trained on advanced technical procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets individually and as part of a team.
Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays, as required by store operations.
