Knowledge in compression, injection and transfer molding
Drive new process improvements and rejection control
Analysis and reduction of tire defects
Tire testing knowledge and troubleshooting of process problems
Production improvement through time and motion study
Effectively support 5S, ISO and Kaizen activities and coordinate with other departments
Knowledge in engineering plastic such as automobile, electrical and medical components
Knowledge in raw materials handling, inspections and quality control of raw materials
Aware of all types of raw materials and testing
Supervise follow-up and execution of development-related activities in process / product development
Identify areas of improvement in process simplification and product improvement
Implement work instructions and coordinate with production to improve and facilitate process-related problems
Troubleshoot technical issues at the units and ensure immediate escalation
Analysis and reduction in defects and tire scrap
