Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Scheduling
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and forecasts.
Create production schedules considering machine capacity, manpower, and material availability.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Production teams.
Monitor production progress and adjust plans to address delays or shortages.
Ensure production plans comply with QMS, FSSC 22000, GMP, and customer requirements.
Incorporate food safety controls such as line clearance and hygiene zoning.
Support batch identification and product traceability.
Participate in internal audits and corrective actions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field.
23 years production planning experience, preferably in plastic packaging.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and GMP.
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
