Quantity Surveyor / Site Engineer, Valenzuela

We are hiring a hands-on Quantity Surveyor (QS) with strong experience in estimates, BOQ preparation, and cost control, who will also function as a Site Engineer supporting daily construction operations.

This is a 100% on-site position. The role requires full-time field deployment and active involvement in both project costing and site supervision.

Prepare material take-offs and quantity estimates

Prepare and update Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets

Monitor project costs and material usage

Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations

Assist in progress billings, variation orders, and change orders

Submit regular cost and quantity reports

Support daily site supervision and coordination

Verify actual quantities and accomplishments

Monitor material deliveries and usage

Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors

Assist in documentation and reports

Ensure works comply with plans and specifications

Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)

With 25+ years construction experience

Strong background in estimates, BOQ, quantity take-offs, and costing

With actual site experience

Proficient in Excel and plans reading

Knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage

With SO2/Safety Officer certification (or willing to obtain)

Willing to work full-time ON-SITE
