Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure adherence of employees to established rules, policies, and procedures to maintain a smooth flow of operations and a disciplined work environment
  2. Monitor manpower requirements, absenteeism, performance, and attrition rate
  3. Assist HR Manager in maintaining and periodically reviewing job descriptions to optimize manpower utilization fairly and effectively
  4. Update employees job descriptions regularly, assist department managers in preparing job descriptions for new positions, and recommend new organizational structures
  5. Maintain, update, and consolidate plants organizational chart/table of organization
  6. Consolidate semi-annual performance evaluation results of all employees and prepare performance evaluation reports
  7. Monitor and coordinate employee compliance with company rules, policies, procedures, and HR systems to prevent employee relations problems
  8. Prepare and issue notice to explain to erring plant direct employees
  9. Assist immediate superior in handling employee concerns, particularly grievance and disciplinary processes, counsel parties, and prepare accurate documentation
  10. Issue performance evaluations for 3rd and 5th month
  11. Counsel employees on matters relating to work or personal concerns affecting performance, when appropriate
  12. Provide coaching to staff and workers on performance-related concerns and skills improvement
  13. Assist Compensation and Benefits Lead in administering benefits programs such as health insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, perfect attendance, and others, particularly for direct plant-based employees
  14. Assist team in employee activities (e.g., sports, Christmas party, company outing)
  15. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree graduate in Psychology or Behavioral Science
  • Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of working experience in HR functions with emphasis on Benefits and Compensation, Recruitment, and Training
  • Human Resources Management
  • Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes
  • Compensation and Wage Structure
  • Supports diversity and classifying employees
  • Knowledge in Employment Law
