Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll coordination.
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis for management decision-making.
Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Manage and monitor multi-entity accounting, including subsidiaries with different business operations.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance, performance reviews, and skills development.
Oversee inventory accounting, cost control, and reconciliation for retail and wholesale operations.
Ensure proper use and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, NelSoft, or similar).
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies during audits and assessments.
Handle and monitor business registrations, renewals, and government compliance requirements (SEC, DTI, BIR, LGU).
Ensure timely filing and compliance with tax and statutory obligations.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and financial control.
