Production Supervisor, Valenzuela

The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. This role supervises production staff, coordinates with other departments, and ensures smooth workflow on the production floor.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and manpower
• Ensure production targets, schedules, and output quality are met
• Monitor machine operations and ensure proper use of equipment
• Enforce company policies, safety rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control standards
• Identify and resolve production issues, delays, or bottlenecks
• Train, guide, and evaluate production workers
• Prepare daily production reports and performance updates
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Control, Warehouse, and HR departments
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the production area
• Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
