Job Requirements:
  • At least 35 years of hands-on experience as a mechanic.
  • Graduate of a vocational course or diploma in Mechanical, Automotive, Electromechanical, or related fields.
  • TESDA NC II/III Certificate in Automotive Servicing or equivalent is a strong advantage.
  • Valid drivers license (Restriction 2 and 3 preferred).
  • Experience in troubleshooting engines.
  • Ability to lead a team and train junior technicians.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit and willing to work in field or site locations if needed.
