HR Business Partner / Supervisor, Valenzuela

Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner is primarily responsible for the provision of professional, technical, and administrative support on human resource management concerns such as recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee discipline, career planning and management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Align HR functions with the companys vision, policies, and core values; coordinate with management and departments on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in recruitment and placement: support the HR Specialist in screening applicants, coordinating pre-employment assessments, facilitating onboarding and orientation, and conducting second-round interviews as needed.
• Oversee training and development: identify training needs, coordinate programs, and track learning outcomes.
• Administer performance management, career planning, and employee development; maintain succession plans and performance records.
• Handle compensation and benefits: payroll support, leave management, government-mandated benefits, and employee records.
• Manage employee relations and discipline: coordinate recognition programs, social and recreational activities, and maintain disciplinary records.
• Prepare reports, plans, and other HR documentation; participate in organizational development and corporate programs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a degree course, preferably majoring in psychology or any other related social science, human resource management, business administration major in management, or communication arts.
• At least three 3 -5 years related work experience preferably in a Construction Industry
• Willing to be assigned to the Valenzuela Head Office.
