Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in the finance and health industries.
- Identify client needs and tailor sales strategies to meet those requirements effectively.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling and networking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.
- Meeting with client virtually or during sales visits
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Establish new business.
- Maintaining accurate records
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Working towards monthly or annual targets
- Actively seeks out and develops new direct shipping customers.
- Provide consistent interaction with existing customers.
- Manages sales territory coverage by visiting existing customers to ensure level of customer contact required to support the business plan.
- Maintains and builds accounts relationships.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 02 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to conduct competitor analysis and support sales initiatives
- Working Conditions: Flexibility to work in a dynamic team environment and occasionally outside standard office hours
Preferred Requirements:
- Graduate of Any 4 years or At least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any course.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- With Experience at Forwarding Company or Logistic Company.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
- Resilience
- Strong communication skills-including both virtual and written.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
