HR Officer/HR Generalist, Valenzuela

We are looking for a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and programs. The role involves handling end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance monitoring, and compliance, while promoting a positive and productive work environment.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee records, attendance, and other HR documentation.
• Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and assist in payroll preparation.
• Support performance evaluation, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and issuance of NTEs in coordination with management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with company goals.
• Prepare HR-related reports and provide administrative support to management as needed.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 24 years of solid experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

• Salary: Up to 30,000/month (depending on experience)
