Utilities Supervisor, Valenzuela

• Responsible for overseeing daily operations of utility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production support.
• Key duties include monitoring productivity, troubleshooting process issues, and verifying production records.
• Supervises equipment performance, coordinates repairs, and implements cost-saving and waste reduction initiatives.
• Leads and motivates production personnel to meet output targets, maintains compliance with safety and quality standards, and ensures proper staffing and scheduling of utility operations.
• Guides team development through hands-on leadership, performance evaluations, and training, while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Job Specifications:

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or any related course.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of proven engineering or utility experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in computer usage and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare planning reports and production forecasting documents.
• Good understanding of technical knowledge on utilities, equipment, and manufacturing operations.

Soft Skills:

• Leadership, communication, strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Can work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
