Accountant, Valenzuela

• Prepare journal entries, manage AP/AR processes, knowledgeable in BIR Taxation and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• An accounting payable role with taxation responsibilities includes processing and recording invoices and payments, and ensuring that they are accurate and timely. 
• Other responsibilities may include: Preparing monthly VAT or EWT reports, Maintaining payment schedules, Keeping records of expenses for tax purposes,
• Preparing accounts schedules for auditors, and Assisting with year-end and monthly close-out procedures. 
• Strong data entry skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes,
• Familiarity with purchase order processes, and Ability to work independently and take initiative

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or not CPA but have strong experience
2. Experience Level: More than 3 years of relevant tax accounting experience.
3. Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Financial Management, Tax Reporting, and General Accounting.
4. Working Conditions: Office environment, regular business hours 8:30AM to 5:30PM
5. Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, effective communicator, and team player.
