HR Officer/HR Generalist, Valenzuela

Talent Acquisition

Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection.

Build workforce plans aligned with business goals.

Partner with hiring managers to improve the quality of hires.

Employee Relations & Compliance

Manage employee relations cases, including notices to explain, due process, and labor cases.

Uphold compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Act as a steady hand in conflict situations, able to empathize but also handle pushback and enforce discipline.

HR Administration & Processes

Oversee HR administration including office maintenance, supplies, vehicles, and equipment accountability.

Maintain HR records and reporting structures.

Evaluate existing HR processes and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 45 years relevant experience in an HR role (generalist or similar).

Proven experience in KPI and KRA development, implementation, and monitoring.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of integrity, strong moral and ethical standards.

Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.

Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

Ability to work under minimal supervision and in collaboration with other managers.

BOSH Certification (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) is an advantage but not required.
