Industrial Engineer, Valenzuela

• Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering course.
• Must have at least one (1) year working experience in Industrial Engineering applications, preferably in manufacturing and logistics set-up.
• Must be keen to details, can handle work pressure (especially those related to job), and can work with people from various functional areas.
• Must be able to accomplish work responsibilities with minimum supervision.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Analytical and system oriented.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the analysis and improvement of production processes which aim to improve efficiency of operations at a minimal cost.
• Analyze, review data and generate manufacturing standards.
• Document and evaluate all results/data in the implemented projects and processes.
• Develop and achieve departmental/company goals and controls. Make suggestions for improvement in areas of cost reduction, processes, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor project progress to ensure it follows the timeline.
• Plan, manage, and monitor production schedule to ensure 100% on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
