Accounting Manager, Valenzuela

• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Oversee month-end close process and prepare financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for management decisions.
• Supervise accounting staff and facilitate their professional development.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Implement and enhance accounting policies and procedures.

Position: Accounting Head / Manager

Salary: 45K60K

Work Schedule: Monday Saturday (onsite)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
• Preferably Female
• 10 years in Accounting Department, 5 years of which are Managerial
• Financial Statements and Finance skills
• Analytical skills, solid judgement along with decision-making skills
• Experience with Journal Entries (Accounting), Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, Fixed Assets
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedures
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
