Food and Beverages Manager, Valenzuela

• Oversee daily operations of food and beverage Sales and Services.
• Develop and implement menus that meet customer preferences.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing.
• Analyze sales data to drive profitability.
• Enhance guest experience through exceptional service.

Work Schedule: Monday Saturday

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business or Marketing related courses
• 10 years in Sales Department, 5 years of which are Managerial
• Preferably Female
• Experience in business forms or food packaging industry preferred
• Sales Strategy, Sales Targets, and Sales Team Management skills
• Market Research and Business Development skills
• Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
