Quality Analyst, Valenzuela

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to monitor and evaluate the quality of our products and services
• Conducting regular inspections, audits, and testing to identify and address any quality issues or non-conformances
• Analysing data and generating reports to track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of atleast 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, statistical process control, and root cause analysis
• Proficient in using quality control tools and software, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and ISO standards
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
