• College graduate of any 4-year Business or Marketing-related course
• 10 years in Sales Department, 5 years of which are managerial
• Experience in business forms or food packaging industry preferred
• Sales strategy, sales targets, and sales team management skills
• Market research and business development skills
• Customer relationship management and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
