Accounting Manager, Valenzuela

• Manage the Accounting team and oversee daily operations.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and adherence to deadlines.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.

Position: Accounting Head              

Salary: 50K-60K

Working location: Valenzuela City

Job type: Office based, Fulltime, Urgent and Direct Hire

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
• 10 years in Accounting Department, 5 years of which are Managerial
• Financial Statements and Finance skills
• Analytical skills, Solid judgement along with decision making skills
• Experience with Journal Entries (Accounting), Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, Fixed Assets
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedure
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
