  • Responsible for the encoding of the Finished Goods and Bad Stocks transaction in the system. He is responsible also in ensuring accuracy, correctness and on time processing of the transactions in the system

  • Ensures that all receiving and issuance for client / principal are complete base on documents and with good quality condition.
  • Report and create incident report that damaged any item.
  • Ensure daily monitoring and counting of stocks.
  • Ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
  • Reporting of ageing and slow moving materials.
  • Records and files all documentation between the department, suppliers
  • Ensure all documents upon issuance of request to customers and transferring of stocks to other customers are prepared and complete.
  • Ensure all stocks are available upon request of client / principal, department and customers.
  • Prepare and summary required reports on daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Performs other related functions as may be assigned by his superior.
  • Complies with all government, customer and client / principal safety, health, environment and quality policies and procedures.
