Nagmomonitor ng mga gawa ng tao, acting leader sa kada department, kasabay nito ay ang pagmomonitor sa mga makina
Knowledge of basic compound design
Knowledge in compression, injection and transfer molding etc.
New process improvements and rejection control
Analysis and reduction of tire defects
Tire testing knowledge and trouble shooting of process problems
Production improvement through time and motion study
Effectively support 5S, ISO, Kaizen activities and coordinating with other departments
Knowledge in engineering plastic like automobile, electrical and medical components
Knowledge in raw materials handling inspections and quality control of raw material
Aware of all types of raw materials and testing
To supervise follow up and execution of development related activities in process / product development
Identify areas of improvement in process simplification and product improvement
Implementation of work instruction and coordination with production for improving and facilitating process related problem
Trouble shooting with tech issues at the units and immediate escalation
Analysis and reduction in defects and tire scrap
