Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team at KCC MALL OF COTABATO in the Cotabato City Branch! The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, well-groomed, and driven to meet sales targets while delivering excellent service to every customer.

As a Sales Associate at Star Eye Specs Corp., you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall sales performance of the store.

What Youll Do

• Greet every customer with a smile.
• Help them find the perfect eyewear.
• Handle cash, cards, and receipts.
• Maintain stock levels, perform inventory checks, and replenish supplies
• Assist in visual merchandising, including product displays and promotions
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to answer customer questions
• Generate sales and meet/exceed quotas
• Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines

Who You Are

• College or senior high graduate
• Well-groomed and approachable
• Good in English & Filipino
• Math and computer-friendly
• Friendly, proactive, and a team player
• Previous sales/retail/cashiering experience preferred (eyewear/optical a plus)
• Legally eligible to work and in good health to perform job responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Willing to work holidays, weekends, extended hours, and shifting schedules
• Willing to work on-site, commute, or travel as required.
• No history of attendance or punctuality issues
