Barista, Cotabato

Barista is responsible for the preparation and service of drinks/yogurt with friendly and personalized attention towards each customer. Barista is also responsible for educating customer about our premium products. He shall fulfill any other duties assigned by Store Manager, ASM, and Team Leader. Barista should represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Barista shall maintain an efficient and smooth operation and work environment by:

1. Making and serving drinks and other products according to standards and on a timely manner;

2. Resolving customer complaint in a professional manner and have it reported to the Manager on Duty;

3. Performing cashiers duties (Bar Cashier);

4. Replenishing products/ingredients at par level;

5. Updating the brew coffee of the day; and

6. Taking inventory count at bar counter on a daily basis.

FRONTLINER is responsible for the cash register. He/she is responsible for educating customers about our premium quality products. He/she shall fulfil duties assigned by Store Managers and Team Leaders. At all times he/she should represent the company in a professional manner.

Cashier shall maintain an efficient and smooth operation and work environment by:

1. Reporting customer complaints to the Store Manager;

2. Performing cashier duties;

3. Ensuring the correct receipt of payment for every transaction;

4. Upholding proper practices in cashiering; and

5. Timely reporting of any discrepancies related to any transaction customer service

At least SHS Graduate / 2 years College level / College Graduate in HRM/HRS

Non-related course, must have relevant work experience in Food Service Industry (Service Crew / Barista)
