Management Trainee, Cotabato

Management Trainee, or Manager in Training, is an employee who works directly under acting managers, supervisors and executive directors in various industries. Their duties include delegating tasks to staff members, assisting with the onboarding process of new +hires and providing administrative support.

1. Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.

2. Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.

3. Observinga and learning from experienced staff members.

4. Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.

5. Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.

6. Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.

7. Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.

8. Preparing documents and updating records.

9. Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.

10. Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.

• Candidate must be at least a graduate of BS HRM/HRS / Food & Beverage Services Management or any equivalent
• At least 1 year of Supervisory or Managerial experience in the food industry
• Able to supervise daily store operations; responsible for the management of operating expenses and food costs
• Capable of leading store in achieving performance targets
• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on flexible hours.
