Senior Building Engineer, Cagayan

Responsibilities:

• Develop electrical designs, plans, and specifications for building construction projects.
• Conduct load calculations, circuit diagrams, and layout designs to optimize electrical system performance.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to integrate electrical systems with overall project requirements.
• Supervise the installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and systems in accordance with design specifications.
• Ensure that electrical systems are installed safely, efficiently, and per local building codes and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of electrical installations.
• Perform system testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including system failures, outages, or faults.
• Recommend solutions to improve efficiency and system performance.
• Prepare detailed reports, technical drawings, and documentation for project handovers and regulatory purposes.
• Estimate electrical project costs and prepare budgets.
• Source materials, tools, and equipment in a cost-effective manner without compromising quality.
• Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including junior engineers and technicians.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.
• WILL BE ASSIGNED IN SANTA ANA CAGAYAN VALLEY

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering for building construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software. Knowledge of power distribution, lighting systems, and renewable energy integration is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong electrical knowledge specifically in GENERATOR SETS and HVAC
