Description
  • Encoding and submission of payment of government mandated benefits
  • Processing of weekly payroll
  • Administrative duties for Management Team
  • Perform other incidental clerical duties such as receiving and sorting mails, attend to walk-in visitors, vendors, customers, and etc.
  • Scheduling of Divers (Allocation of trips to driver -- coordination with purchasing, logistics, and other departments)
  • Monitor preventive maintenance
  • Timekeeping management
  • Legal compliance (DENR, DOLE, etc.)


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-5 year course.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.


JOB SETUP:

  • On-site (Gem Foods International, Inc., North Caloocan)
  • Full-time (M-F, 8:30AM - 6:30PM)
