Sales Representative, Caloocan

A. Sales Support & Client Handling

• Assist in handling walk-in, online, and phone inquiries
• Support Sales Representatives in lead qualification and follow-ups
• Conduct basic product presentations and explain solar solutions

B. Sales Documentation & Administration

• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales forms
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of sales documents
• Maintain organized sales records and client files

C. Order Processing & Project Handover

• Process confirmed sales and prepare handover documents
• Coordinate with Operations and Aftersales for project scheduling
• Ensure timely endorsement of sales orders

D. Coordination with Accounting & Operations

• Coordinate billing, collection status, and payment requirements
• Assist in tracking client payments and documentation
• Coordinate material and installation schedules

E. Sales Tracking & Reporting

• Update sales trackers, CRM, and pipeline reports
• Prepare sales performance and activity reports

F. Compliance & Customer Service

• Ensure compliance with company sales policies
• Provide professional customer service and after-sales coordination

QUALIFICATIONS

A. Educational Background

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• College level with relevant experience may be considered

B. Work Experience

• Minimum 24 years of sales, sales admin, or customer service experience
• Experience in solar, construction/electrical, or technical sales is an advantage

C. Technical & Administrative Skills

• Proficient in MS Office and documentation
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service processes
