Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; PRC registration preferred;
Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in electrical construction and supply/manufacturing;
Background as a Specification Engineer, Senior Technical Sales Engineer, Applications Engineer, or Project Engineer;
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards, materials, and project specifications;
Proven ability in project specification, consultant coordination, product selection, and technical proposals;
Capable of influencing product approval and design inclusion;
Strong technical communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills;
Willing to conduct site visits, technical meetings, and product demos.

ResponsibilitiesSales and Business Development

Identify and develop new clients, projects, and business opportunities for the Company.
Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
Promote the Companys electrical engineering services, products, and project capabilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, developers, and suppliers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, bid documents, and contracts for prospective projects.
Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate project terms with clients.

Technical Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate electrical solutions and services.
Review project plans, technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Coordinate with the Engineering and Operations Team regarding project feasibility and costing.
Assist in project estimation, load computation, and technical documentation when necessary.
Provide technical support and clarification to clients during project discussions.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with internal departments regarding project schedules, delivery timelines, and implementation requirements.
Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout project execution.
Address client concerns, technical issues, and after-sales service requirements.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain updated records of client accounts, quotations, and sales activities.
Prepare regular sales reports, project status updates, and forecast reports.
Ensure proper documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and project-related files.
