Responsibilities:
- Receive and process Requests for Repair (RRFs)
- Prepare Job Orders (JOs) and ensure completeness of documents
- Maintain and update Vendor Masterfile
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, parts, and services
- Process payments via Enterbill / ATD
- Install and manage RFID and GPS systems
- Update records using Google Sheets and Laravel
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of fleet data
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related or relevant course
- With experience in administrative, logistics, or fleet operations (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must know how to drive (with valid drivers license)
- Must have knowledge of car and/or motorcycle parts
