Sales and Marketing Officer, Caloocan

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of monthly and quarterly marketing plans by translating strategy into actionable campaign calendars, coordinating timelines and approvals, monitoring budget usage, and ensuring alignment with approved brand positioning.
• Execute approved Meta, LinkedIn, and Google ad campaigns, monitor and optimize performance against targets, track cost per lead and inquiry quality, and ensure accurate tracking of all digital inquiries.
• Oversee the Social Media Specialists content calendar execution, review and refine captions prior to final approval when required, and ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Strong grasp of branding, positioning, and engagement strategies.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Knowledge of event marketing, PR, and offline promotional activities.
• Excellent communication, design sense, and organizational skills.
• Amenable to work on-site in Barangay Caybiga, North Caloocan
