Role Overview

The Operations Assistant Manager oversees the day-to-day planning, execution, and optimization of livestream operations. This role ensures every stream runs smoothlyfrom scheduling and staffing to technical coordination and post-stream analysiswhile continuously improving efficiency, quality, and audience experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily livestream operations.
• Coordinate hosts, moderators, production staff, and technical teams.
• Ensure livestreams launch on time and meet quality, brand, and compliance standards.
• Monitor live performance metrics such as viewership, engagement, sales, and uptime in real time.
• Troubleshoot operational or technical issues during live broadcasts.
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Optimize workflows for scalability and operational efficiency.
• Manage livestream tools, platforms, and software.
• Train and onboard livestream staff and content creators.
• Prepare post-stream reports and performance insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and technology teams to improve overall results.
