Admin Assistant, Caloocan

• Maintain and organize employee files and administrative records (digital and physical)
• Update internal trackers related to employee movements, attendance, and leave monitoring
• Assist in consolidating payroll-related data such as attendance, absences, and approved leaves
• Prepare and route internal forms, memoranda, and standard company documents for proper processing
• Receive and log employee requests and inquiries, and endorse them to the appropriate department
• Coordinate schedules for orientations, meetings, and internal training activities
• Assist in posting job announcements and organizing applicant information for review
• Prepare administrative reports and summaries for internal use
• Support onboarding activities by assisting with document collection and orientation materials, in coordination with HR

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 year work experience as an administrative, office support, or people-support role
• Candidate must possess at least BS degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology or any relevant field
• PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
• Preferably a resident of CAMANAVA (Caloocan, Valenzuela, Malabon, Navotas) area or nearby areas
• Interviews for this position will be held at our office in Caloocan City
